I had been looking at this group of buildings for about 15 years and thinking about painting them. They were built in the heyday of a bustling city, but over the years have become more dilapidated and now only have their ground floors occupied. I would love to see inside the upper floors. The bowed glass windows on the one building must have filled the interior with wonderful southern light.
