At Penn Treaty Park on the Delaware River there is an abandoned electric plant with piers, cranes and other machinery and structures intact but rusting into decay. The structures make for interesting painting subjects and the colors of rust and oxidation on the cement, paint and metal are quite beautiful. This structure was once used to unload coal from river barges.
